1-year 6eBeats warranty

6eBeats is the manufacturer of the products sold in this store and provides a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the delivery date. It complements the legal warranty required by Brazilian consumer law.

Legal warranty

On top of the 1-year warranty, all products have a 90-day legal warranty against defects.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.

What is not covered

• Damage caused by drops, impact, liquids, moisture or use not in accordance with the manual.
• Normal wear of parts such as ear cushions and coatings.
• Products opened or repaired by unauthorized third parties.

How to make a claim

1. Email [email protected] or use our contact page with your order number and a description of the issue (photos or a video help).
2. We will send instructions for shipping the product, at no cost to you.
3. Once the defect is confirmed, we repair or replace the product within 30 days. If that is not possible, you can choose a replacement, a refund or a proportional price reduction.
