Where we ship
We ship from Brazil to international destinations through postal services and partner carriers. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.
Delivery times
- Processing: 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery: 10–25 business days after shipping, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Times are estimates in business days and may vary during holidays, customs inspections or events beyond our control. We will let you know about any delays.

Customs, duties and taxes

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged, refuse it or contact us within 7 days at [email protected]. If a package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or refund the amount paid.
